Rental terms
These terms apply to the rental of bikes and accessories at Adventure Bike Renting. They are general terms; if you have any questions, we're happy to help.

Reservation and availability
For individual rentals, reserving is not required. For groups, a reservation in advance is required. Availability may vary depending on the season. A request made on the website is not binding: your bike is only reserved once we confirm by email or phone. A confirmed reservation is for a fixed date, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (art. VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). If you can no longer come, please let us know as soon as possible.
Deposit and payment
For rentals we ask for a deposit of € 100 per bike or a valid credit card. You get the deposit back in full as soon as the bike is returned in good condition.
Use of the bike
You use the rented bike with due care and in accordance with traffic rules. The renter is responsible for the bike and accessories during the rental period.
Damage, loss and theft
In the event of damage, loss or theft during the rental period, the cost of repair or replacement may be charged. Please report any problems as soon as possible.
Return
Return the bike within the agreed period and during opening hours (every day from 09:00 to 22:00).
Liability
Wearing a helmet is recommended. Adventure Bike Renting is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or careless use of the bike. This limitation never applies to death or personal injury caused by our acts or omissions, nor to intent or gross negligence on our part.
